• We manage single family properties, apartments, condominiums, homeowner associations and commercial properties. References furnished if needed.
• Prompt with collection and distribution of monies. Rents are due by the 5th. If rent not paid by the 10th, eviction will begin.
• Owner's statements and disbursements will be mailed no later than the 25th of each month, providing the tenant has paid. We also furnish a consolidated year end statement along with 1099 for tax purposes.
• Keep property owners fully informed, including monthly and yearly statements. We act immediately if problems arise, whether being tenant or property related. We strictly adhere to the South Carolina Landlord Tenant Act and the United States Fair Housing Act.
• We screen all tenants with a thorough past history check via Credit Bureau, employment verification, and previous rental references. Should tenant fail to pay, we take immediate action through eviction. We have good working relationships with City & County officials, including Police, Sheriff, and Magistrate.
• Arrange all maintenance, utilizing a staff of contractors and sub-contractors. We do not add markup fees for maintenance.
• We do periodic checks on the property by walk through and drive by inspections, as well as check out all complaints.
• Licensed Real Estate agent/agents for the State of South Carolina.
