Key(s) may be checked out to view a property between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. A $20 cash refundable key deposit & Picture ID is required.   After the key(s) are returned the $20 cash is refunded.   (You may check out more than one key for the same $20)

Business Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.  We are NOT open on the weekend.  You may call our office to receive info on how to view property after business hours

Application to Rent can be downloaded from this site and faxed or delivered in person.  We require the form to be completed and signed by the appropriate parties, a picture ID & social security card (we will make copies) We verify Income, Credit & Prior/Current Landlord references. There is a $25 cash or money order (only) processing fee - this is non-refundable.

Rental agreements are required.  A one (1) year agreement is required for houses.  Six (6) month agreement is required for Apartments, Condos, and duplexes. (Unless otherwise specified)
